At TipsY Alcohol Delivery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and maintain product integrity.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Since we deliver alcohol, all sales are final. However, we will offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Order

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details
  • We will arrange for an exchange or refund for the incorrect item

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to alcohol regulations, we do not accept returns for opened bottles or products that are not defective
  • We cannot offer refunds for orders where the customer has changed their mind after delivery

2. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for a full refund
  • Once an order has left our facility or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-4 business days
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account
